Terms of Service

1. About AAG Creator Network

AAG Creator Network ("AAG", "we", "our", "the Platform") is an online marketplace operated by Celestialit Verse Private Limited, connecting independent content creators ("Creators") with businesses and brands ("Brands") across India. Our platform is accessible at creators.aagapp.com.

By accessing or using this Platform — whether as a Creator, Brand, or visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register on AAG Creator Network.
• Creators must have an active presence on at least one supported content platform (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Brands must be a registered business, proprietorship, or authorized representative of a business entity.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under Indian law or any applicable law.

3. Creator Accounts

Creators apply to join the Platform. Approval is at our sole discretion. Once approved, you may:

• Maintain a public profile listing your niche, platforms, follower counts, and rates
• Receive and respond to enquiries from Brands
• Accept or decline collaboration requests

You are responsible for keeping your profile information accurate and up-to-date. AAG is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate profile data.

4. Brand Accounts

Brands register to access the Creator directory. Once registered, you may:

• Search and filter Creators by niche, platform, follower count, and other criteria
• Send enquiries and collaboration proposals to Creators
• Manage saved creator lists and campaign pipelines

Brands must not contact Creators for purposes other than genuine collaboration enquiries. Spam, harassment, or misuse of the platform is grounds for immediate account termination.

5. AAG's Role — Marketplace Only

• AAG does not negotiate, broker, or guarantee any deal between Creators and Brands.
• AAG does not handle payments, escrow, or any financial transactions between Creators and Brands.
• AAG does not verify the financial capacity, creditworthiness, or intentions of any Brand.
• AAG does not verify the actual follower counts, engagement rates, or audience demographics provided by Creators beyond what they self-report.

6. Creator–Brand Relationships: Your Responsibility

• Creators are solely responsible for delivering agreed content, meeting deadlines, honouring payment terms, and complying with applicable advertising and disclosure laws (including ASCI guidelines in India).
• Brands are solely responsible for timely payment to Creators, clarity of campaign briefs, compliance with applicable advertising laws, and for any claims arising from the content produced.
• Any contract, agreement, or arrangement entered into between a Creator and a Brand is a private commercial agreement. AAG is not a party to it and cannot be held responsible for its performance, breach, or outcome.
• Disputes between Creators and Brands must be resolved directly between them. AAG will not mediate, arbitrate, or take sides in any such dispute.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile or in any communication
• Use the Platform to spam, harass, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform to avoid proper enquiry processes
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform data without written permission
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
• Impersonate another person, creator, or brand
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property

8. Intellectual Property

The AAG Creator Network brand, logo, design, and Platform code are owned by Celestialit Verse Private Limited. By creating a profile, Creators grant AAG a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display their name, username, profile image, and publicly listed statistics for the purpose of operating the Platform and marketing it to potential Brand partners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AAG Creator Network and Celestialit Verse Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the Platform
• Any breach of agreement between a Creator and a Brand
• Non-payment, fraud, or misrepresentation by any user
• Inaccurate profile information submitted by Creators or Brands
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAG Creator Network, Celestialit Verse Private Limited, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with other users.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or conduct detrimental to other users or the Platform's reputation. No refund or compensation is owed upon termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will display the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before resorting to legal proceedings.
