1. Nature of the Platform

AAG Creator Network ("AAG", "Platform") is an online directory and marketplace that enables:

• Content creators to list their profiles and receive enquiries from brands
• Brands to discover, contact, and manage relationships with creators

AAG is not a talent agency, not a marketing agency, not an employer, and not a guarantor of any kind. We provide tools for discovery and communication — nothing more.

2. No Ownership of Creator–Brand Relationships

Any collaboration, sponsorship, endorsement, content creation agreement, or business arrangement entered into between a Creator and a Brand through or following discovery on AAG Creator Network is:

• A private commercial arrangement solely between the Creator and the Brand
• Entirely outside the control and responsibility of AAG Creator Network
• Legally binding only on the Creator and the Brand — not on AAG

AAG is not a party to any such arrangement. We have no authority to enforce, modify, cancel, or comment on any agreement made between a Creator and a Brand.

3. Creator Responsibility

Creators using AAG Creator Network are solely and fully responsible for:

• The accuracy of all information listed in their profile (follower counts, engagement rates, niche, etc.)
• Delivering on any commitments made to a Brand (content delivery, timelines, quality)
• Disclosing paid partnerships and sponsored content as required by law (ASCI guidelines, consumer protection laws)
• Any tax obligations arising from payments received from Brands
• Protecting their own intellectual property and negotiating appropriate rights clauses with Brands
• Maintaining professional conduct throughout all Brand interactions

4. Brand Responsibility

Brands using AAG Creator Network are solely and fully responsible for:

• Due diligence before engaging any Creator (verifying their audience, reach, and suitability)
• Timely and full payment to Creators as per agreed terms
• Clearly communicating campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms
• Compliance with advertising regulations, including ASCI guidelines and IT Rules 2021
• Any legal claims arising from content produced by a Creator they engaged
• Managing their own contracts and legal agreements with Creators

5. No Verification of User Information

AAG Creator Network does not independently verify:

• The follower counts, engagement rates, or audience demographics reported by Creators
• The financial standing, payment history, or legitimacy of any Brand
• The identity of any user beyond the information they provide at registration

AAG's "verified" badge (where displayed) indicates only that the Creator's application was reviewed by our team — it is not a guarantee of the accuracy of any specific metric. Brands must conduct their own independent due diligence before any financial commitment.

6. No Guarantee of Results

AAG Creator Network makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding:

• The success or effectiveness of any influencer marketing campaign
• The ROI, reach, or engagement a Brand will achieve through a Creator collaboration
• The number or quality of enquiries a Creator will receive
• The availability or responsiveness of any Creator or Brand on the Platform

7. Payment Disputes

AAG Creator Network does not handle, hold, process, or facilitate any payments between Creators and Brands. All payment arrangements — including rates, payment schedules, invoicing, and collection — are entirely between the Creator and the Brand.

In the event of a payment dispute, AAG is not a mediator, arbitrator, or enforcement body. Affected parties should seek resolution through:

• Direct negotiation between the Creator and Brand
• Legal channels available under Indian law
• Consumer courts or civil courts, if applicable

8. Third-Party Links and Profiles

Creator profiles may contain links to external platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). AAG is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of any third-party platform or website linked from this Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• AAG Creator Network and Celestialit Verse Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any Creator–Brand collaboration
• We are not liable for any financial loss suffered by a Creator due to non-payment by a Brand, or by a Brand due to non-delivery by a Creator
• We are not liable for reputational damage arising from any collaboration arrangement
• Our maximum aggregate liability to any party shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand)

10. Indemnification

Both Creators and Brands agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAG Creator Network, Celestialit Verse Private Limited, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Their use of the Platform
• Their engagement with other users
• Their breach of these policies or applicable law
• Any content they create, publish, or distribute
