AAG Creator Network is operated by Celestialit Verse Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use creators.aagapp.com ("Platform").
Independence notice: AAG Creator Network is a standalone platform and is not affiliated with AAG User, AAGVeer, or any other AAG-branded product. Data collected on this platform is not shared with or accessible by those separate services.
2. Information We Collect
For Creators
- Full name, username, email address, phone number
- Social media handles and channel URLs
- Follower/subscriber counts, engagement rate, average views
- Content category, niche, platform(s)
- Location, language, biography, collaboration rates
- Profile views and analytics data (IP-deduplicated, hourly)
For Brands
- Name, email address, company name, phone number
- Enquiry messages and campaign details
- Saved creator lists and campaign tracking data
Automatically Collected
- IP address (anonymised for analytics, not stored in full)
- Browser type and version, device type
- Pages visited, referrer URLs, session duration
- Session cookies (required for login and security)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and profile
- To display Creator profiles to Brand users (Creators consent to this by joining)
- To facilitate enquiry and collaboration messaging between Creators and Brands
- To send account-related notifications (e.g. new enquiry received)
- To improve the Platform's search, filtering, and recommendation features
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law
4. Creator Profiles Are Public
By applying to join and being accepted on AAG Creator Network, Creators acknowledge and consent that their public profile page (name, username, niche, platform, follower count, and bio) is accessible to any internet user without login. This is the core purpose of the Platform. If you do not consent to public visibility, do not register.
Contact details (email, phone) are not displayed publicly and are only shared through the Platform's enquiry system.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data only in the following cases:
- Between users: Brand enquiries include the Brand's name, email, and message — visible to the Creator they contact
- Service providers: Hosting (Hostinger), email delivery services — under data processing agreements
- Legal requirements: If required by a court order, government authority, or applicable Indian law
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition (users will be notified)
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: retained while your account is active
- Deleted accounts: personal data removed within 30 days of deletion request
- Enquiry records: retained for 2 years for dispute resolution purposes
- Log data: automatically purged after 90 days
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data we hold
- Correction — update inaccurate information via your profile settings
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to certain uses of your data

8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted session cookies
- Database access restricted to authenticated server processes

- Regular security reviews of Platform code
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately and we will remove the account.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
